Volunteer Opportunities
HYSA is an all-volunteer organization. Every program, practice, game, event, and team we offer is made possible by parents, coaches, board members, and community volunteers who give their time to help bring soccer to the players of Hudson.
There are many ways to get involved, from coaching and field setup to events, committees, administrative support, and open board positions. You do not need to be a soccer expert to make a difference — if you are willing to help create a positive experience for our players and families, HYSA has a place for you.
Volunteering with HYSA is a great way to support the community, meet other families, and help players learn, compete, grow, and have fun.
Current Volunteer Needs
HYSA is currently looking for volunteers in several key areas:
Coaches
HYSA depends on volunteer coaches to run our teams and programs each season. You do not need to be a soccer expert — we provide support and resources to help coaches create a positive experience for players. Anyone interested in coaching should complete the coach registration through TeamSnap.
Board Members
HYSA has open board positions and is looking for people who want to help guide the organization, support our programs, and keep youth soccer strong in Hudson. Board roles are a great way to get involved behind the scenes and help shape the future of the club.
Field Marshals
Field marshals help support a safe, organized, and positive game day environment. This role may include helping with field coverage, answering basic questions, supporting referees and coaches, and being a visible HYSA presence at the fields.
